It's when the other page comes to me half an hour before closing, after I've already straighten half of the west side, and says, "Oh, I wanted to do this side," and I force-smile cheerily and agree to go do the east side too, that I wonder why I can't be as much of a bitch as I pretend to be. If I were, I would have snapped her head off and told her to do her own damn side, and not to come to me when it was half finished.

Meh.

I find it interesting that I can hear Bowling for Soup's "Almost" on both KISS and MIX, but while MIX has the full version, KISS--rap/hip-hop/r&b playing KISS, with it's chauvinistic, sexist, suggestive, and generally tasteless store of lyrics--plays an edited version, in which the words "breastses" and "drugs" are scrambled. I wouldn't normally notice, except the song has a very solid rhyme scheme and meter, and the words were in fairly emphatic spots. I like that song. The scrambling throws it off.
