Apr. 11th, 2005 11:32 amSpring break has arrived, and I am Bored Insensate. Good news: Gonzaga accepted me into their Honors Program, which is the awesomest sounding thing ever, like a scholastic nirvana. I can't wait to go to college.
I went out and bought a prom dress (sorry Sharla!) with my mom and grandma. It's the one I had looked at before in Macy's, when it was $250. Lemony-lemon yellow silk, with dandelion-yellow beads and silver beads and Byzantinesque vine-like embroidery in cream threads. On the rack, it was one of the more unattractive dresses I had ever seen. Then I tried it on, and it was gorgeous, as well as 50% cheaper. It also fits like the proverbial glove. Now all I need is white shoes and a white clutch which maybe I will be able to borrow from someone, and I'll be set.
As soon as I think of something deep and introspective I will write it here, but just now I'm in a pink fuzz mood. I need to go mock someone.
